Party Price & Policies
$395
*includes 12 children
- $15 per additional child, up to a maximum of 20 children
- $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance due the Wednesday before your party
- All participants must have a signed waiver before entering the gym
- Parents and adults are not permitted on the equipment
- Children should wear comfortable clothing—no dresses, jewelry, or open-toed shoes
- Party host may arrive 20 minutes early to set up decorations
- Guests may arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time

Party Details
- 1.5 hours total
- 1 hour of private, coach-led gymnastics play and instruction, customized with your choice of fun activities
- 30 minutes of celebration time in the gym area for cake, food, presents, and the Happy Birthday song
- Ages: 3–8 years
- Exclusive use of the Sweet Peas gym space with chairs and table set up
- We provide paper products in your choice of primary or pastel colors
- Bring your own food, drinks, and decorations (no alcohol, please)
- Total clean up post party
